This incident has been resolved.

The third-party provider has implemented a fix, and email services have now been restored. New outbound emails should be sending normally, including for custom domains.

We are closely monitoring the service to ensure everything continues to work as expected.

We have applied a temporary fix restoring most outbound email delivery. New emails are sending normally, but any previously failed emails will need to be resent manually. We are still working with a third-party provider to resolve this for custom domains and will provide another update once a permanent fix is in place.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

The issue was limited to accessing the API documentation. We are working on a workaround for customers who need access to the documentation, so there is currently no ongoing impact to the API or our core services.

For this reason, we’re marking the incident as resolved. This does not mean the documentation issue itself is fully resolved.

We are continuing to work on a solution and will continue to provide updates as that work progresses.

This is part of an ongoing migration, and we are actively working on a fix.
