This incident has been resolved. It was impacting sync processes across Xero, QBO and POS.
We have implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
The cause of the issue has been identified and we are preparing a fix for deployment within the next hour
When users try to perform a manual sync, they receive an error stating that, "unexpected error has occurred." We are currently investigating this incident.
As we continue to proactively resolve any affected reports, please submit a support request if you encounter one. We will address it as quickly as possible.
If customers run into errors or cannot load a specific report, a ticket should be submitted detailing the specific reports that are causing problems. We are monitoring and will fix any reported issues. We are also attempting to resolve as many of these reporting issues as we can proactively.
Some customers who have had a customized report created may have trouble loading these reports. Should you experience an issue please raise a ticket with support.
Some customers are reporting errors on their reports. Please let us know which reports are not working by submitting a support ticket and we will re-enable the reports for you.

We have received confirmation from Microsoft Azure that they have completed a deployment, reverting to the last known stable configuration.Cin7 Omni and Cin7 Core services have recovered and should be fully available for use.

We’ve identified an issue preventing customers from accessing the Core and Omni login screens. This is related to a current Microsoft Azure Portal Access outage.
