We will be upgrading our infrastructure for the PDF Service, B2B Legacy, and FTP Service between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM NZDT. You may experience brief interruptions while the upgrades are in progress. An unavoidable upgrade due to a depreciation being carried out by Microsoft.
We are scheduling maintenance for Cin7 Core to deploy some hot fixes on 28th September 2025
We are planning to complete maintenance at this time. No disruption is expected.
Services have now recovered and Cin7 Omni is operating as normal. However, our cloud provider in the is still experiencing issues so we will continue to monitor the situation closely.
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting some Cin7 Omni customers. The issue is related to an outage with our cloud provider.
