Shopify updates:
Support syncing of different product types (non-inventory, service)
New setting to select either Transaction ID or Payment ID as Core payment reference
Consolidation date uses order capture date instead of order creation date
Capture order quantity changes before download instead of correcting with additional transactions
Create order level refunds as credit note additional charges in Core
Xero sync updates:
New setting: Sale channel sync type
Choose sync type for each sales channel’s invoices, COGs, and payments
Select Individual or No sync for each sales channel and transaction type from this table
Use Consolidate on export setting to consolidate invoices, payments, and COGS for sales channels, changing Sale channel sync type to Consolidated.
Export COGS setting removed; COGs sync per sales channel now included in Sale channel sync type
Sync invoices and credit notes for setting removed, invoices and credit notes sync now included (as Invoices) in Sale channel sync type
Sale manual journal sync type matches invoice sync type
Xero and QuickBooks Online: Duplicate account mapping error message now displays duplicate account names

We have identified an issue where new transactions are visible in the CRM but do not appear in the order modules.
A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring the results to ensure resolution.

This incident has been resolved. Please contact support if you are still experiencing any slowness.
We are aware of an incident where users in the APAC region are experiencing system slowness. We are actively investigating the issue to determine the cause and implement a resolution. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

The Shopify Consolidation feature is not processing the sales orders into core. The order's from Shopify are syncing into core without any issues, but the processing is not taking place. We are currently investigating this incident.
We have received reports indicating that Core is not pushing stock levels to Shopify as expected. We are currently investigating this incident.
Customers are experiencing difficulties accessing or disabling API connections and using the API Explorer. This may affect their ability to manage integrations and explore API functionalities effectively.
The additional attributes are not visible on the Logs and Attribute section of the sale order, but this data is visible on all sales lists and reports. We are currently investigating the root cause.
