  • Identified
    Identified

We are pleased to report that we have identified a temporary workaround for this issue.

    1. When you try to load the task list immediately after logging in to the app on your iPad, it does not load and is greyed out.

    2. If you click on the back button

    3. Then reload the task list by clicking on it again, the tasks should appear, as accessible, not greyed out anymore.

    4. Please note this only happens on iPads and does not appear to be happening on Android devices

We suspect this behaviour is due to a problem with how the app interacts with the iOS cache, which we are trying to correct.

In the meantime, if you wish to clear your iOS cache, you can do so, by following these steps:
    https://support.apple.com/en-nz/guide/ipad/ipad0bb843d8/ipados

Alternatively, deleting and reinstalling the app also has the same effect.
