We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident.

We are continuing to work on a fix for the Passkey login issue. In the meantime, using an alternative browser like Microsoft Edge appears to resolve the issue for some users. We will provide another update as soon as we have more progress.

We have made a few changes to Core's infrastructure which should help with performance. We are currently monitoring the result.

We’re still actively investigating the root cause of the remaining performance issues. The improvements we’ve put in place have helped reduce the frequency of the issues, and the additional logging and monitoring are giving us more visibility as we continue to dig into what’s happening.

We haven’t identified the root cause just yet, but the investigation is ongoing and we’ll continue to keep you updated as we learn more.

We’ve already put some improvements in place, and we’re seeing a reduction in the number of performance issues. That said, we know there’s still slowness happening, so we’re continuing to dig into it.

To help with that, we’ve also added some additional logging and monitoring so we can get more visibility into what’s happening when these issues occur. This should help us narrow things down and get to the root cause faster.
