Update - Update from Microsoft: We have identified a recent change to WAN as the underlying cause, and have taken steps to roll back this change. Our telemetry shows consistent signs of recovery from 09:45 UTC onwards across multiple regions and services. Most customers should now see full recovery as WAN networking has recovered fully. We are working to monitor and ensure full recovery for services that were impacted.

Resolved - Performance has been stable since we first rebooted. After additional investigation, a hotfix was implemented earlier today to address the 'deadlock' which caused the issue. We have been monitoring the outcome of the hotfix and consider this incident now closed.

Investigating - We're aware of an issue where *Sales Orders* from POS aren't getting *Dispatched* even when the relevant *Products* are in stock.
To fix this, you can run the POS transactions without stock report.
Our Engineering team is currently looking into this.
