Some North American and EMEA customers have reported issues synching orders after re-authentication - these issues have been corrected, and we advise you to re-authenticate as soon as possible to allow Cin7 to connect to your Amazon account.

Investigating - We’ve recently implemented an updated integration with Amazon which required users like yourself to update your credentials. However, some have reported that they have run into issues with orders not downloading properly. This is a known issue that is currently under investigation and we hope to have a solution in place soon.
