Resolved
The Cin7 Technology Team has resolved the issue affecting access to the Cin7 platform.
During this incident, end users were not able access the service.

Access to PDF's is still impacted but expected to be resolved in the next 10-15 minutes

We have identified that the Cin7 core service is currently not accessible. Engineers are looking to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
